To celebrate the Bangalow Runners turning one, let’s all catch up for a local easy run, jog or walk. 

For those who haven't been in awhile, we miss you, come and say g'day, move your body and then eat some cake.

Run Leave Time: 7am

Meet: Woods Bangalow 

Route: Woods Bangalow > Shultz Oval easy return 

Distance: short or long depending on how many laps people do.

Grade: Easy

After run: Coffee, cake and good vibes

Christmas Family & Friends Run/Walk (Last run for 2022)

Bring your family or friends, dress up and have fun. I’m bringing my son Owen who is four - he’s pretty excited. There are a couple of prizes for best ‘festive’ dressed runners. See below:

Meet: Woods Bangalow

Run route: Woods cafe to Shultz Oval return (for those who want to run short or long can add multiple laps).

Let’s try to get everyone to this one, I have a couple of tables reserved at Woods Bangalow.
